[jdev] ejabbered 1.1.3 doesn't support Flexible Offline Message Retrieval?

Hi all,
Did anybody use ejabberd as a server to develop a client?
I created two simple client (using gloox library) A and B, in which A sent
offline messages to B.
But when B logged-in, all messages were pushed to B automatically at the
beginning.
Further more, the client's function for checking "Offline message
retrieval" protocol said that the server does not support.
Does anybody have any idea about this?
