[jdev] mu-conference 0.7 is out

mu-conference is a server-side implementation of XEP-0045 (Multi-User Chat).

After a few weeks of RC, here comes the new release of mu-conference.

The changes since the RC1 are just a few bugfixes and a few optimisations.
