Until now, I haven't concentrated on MSNP8, but it's my understanding
that the understanding for how to use it does exist, the documentation
just isn't that well advertised yet. TWN is the only huge change, but I
think they took the opportunity to make lots of other little changes.
Until now, there's been no big push towards using MSNP8, so most 3rd
party clients have stuck to MSNP7 and below. There exist MSNP8
implementations out there, but nothing I know of can be used as a nice
off-the-shelf basis of a new transport.
