[JDEV] Announcing jabber-es mailing list

Hi,

   I'd just like to announce a new jabber related list: jabber-es. 
It is intended for general discussion about jabber in Spanish. Its
purpose is not to take away people from JDEV or JADMIN, but to
talk (in Spanish ;)) about personal or work projects which is only
possible if the list hasn't too many subscribers.
