[JDEV] cygwin jabber1.4.2 dnsrv oddities

Hi,

I'm compiling Jabber 1.4.2 on Windows XP using the
latest packages for Cygwin. I've faithfully followed
the instructions and installed pth1.4.0 (also with
pth1.4.1) before successfully building the jabber
server. However, when I tried to run the Jabber server
I get the following error:

 [alert] (dnsrv): dnsrv failed to start, unable to
fork and/or create pipes.

If I background the process I only see one instane of
JabberD running, however, the current binary release
of Jabber1.4.2 has two JabberD processes along with
dnsrv.

I'm wondering if anyone else has tried to build and
run Jabber1.4.2 on win32 recently.
