[JDEV] Dreamhost goes live

It's worth noting that you can't register new accounts from a client, you
have to do it though the web based interface which might slow you down.
(This is to stop unauthorised people creating accounts against your domain)
They haven't specified a limit on number of user accounts, but if people
start going crazy, I would expect to see one come into effect - in the same
way they limit the number of email accounts per hosting plan. For
comparison, the plan I am on (Sweet Dreams) has a limit of 60 email accounts
(unlimited aliases) and 15 shell accounts.

forums (might be good to get a bit of a discussion going there to educate
the natives :-)
