[JDEV] DSPS

Hi all,

What is the state of DSPS?  I noticed the JEP, and I toyed with making a 
client interface, but I later realized there doesn't exist a server module 
yet..

On topic of the system itself, it seems DSPS could be the preferred method of 
file transfer (and possibly other OOB activity) in _all_ cases, not just 
NAT/firewall cases.  What do others think?  Could we see DSPS as the standard 
Jabber OOB mechanism?

If anyone is willing to write a server implementation, I'd be willing to match 
it with a Psi client implementation. :)
