[JDEV] Naming of Jabber-Packages

On the centericq problem... Why was it requested that I create an entire
account when it just needs an offsite link?
To the other comments. I implemented the "Active Projects" sidebar
recently and it will roll out with our next big update. That update
will also include localized language support, multiple entries for
platforms, licenses and programming languages, and many work flow
enhancements. We're also still working hard on the complete jabber
integration. I expect that to be done before the end of Jan.
