[JDEV] Transports w/ cygwin?

Now that I had jabber, jud, and conferencing all working under Windows,
I need to tackle transports.  I'd like to here what transports members
of this list have successfully installed under Windows, and what the
build caveats were.  I'm particularly interested in ICQ, and wonder if I
should be starting with icq-transport-0.9 or with icqv7-t, or something
else altogether?  Any pointers in the general area of building
transports under cygwin, and recommended transport implementations would
be appreciated.  Thank you!
