[JDEV] Naming of Jabber-Packages

What it sounds like is there needs to be Yet Another List of jabber
software that is maintained and has to added feature of user feedback...

Steal the categories from js.o ...

And have the 1-10 rating on the following topics:
- Usability
- Documentation
- Stability
- Completeness
- Karma

And of course the obligitory comment textbox....
