[JDEV] icqv7-t in FreeBSD?

I'm having a devil of a time trying to get icqv7-t compiled under
FreeBSD? Does anyone have any pointers? I've searched the archives for
this group and for the icqv7 email list, but haven't come up with any
real info.

My current stopping block seems to have something to do with iconv (I've
installed the iconv port).
