[JDEV] karma and rate limiting...

That one is you disconnecting and connecting too fast.  You can change
this parameter by adding <rate time='5' points='25'/> or some such in
the pthsock config.  That would allow 25 connects in 5 seconds.   Full
example is in the pthsock README.
