[JDEV] ICQ transport problem

When I disconnect from jabber server, ICQ Transport do not disconnect my
nick from ICQ server .... - Is this forgotten debugging feature against
fucking ICQ message - "Rate limit exceded" ???

If yes, It helps with debugging client - many connect/disconnect, but it's
very anoying for normal use ....
I think, it has something to do with my previous problem - not updated my
State on ICQ network... (only at client connect)
