You can get the C version of the jabber server at http://download.jabber.org/dists/1.4/final/

Since C is a subset of C++ in that every valid C program is a valid C++ program then it could be said that jabberd is a C++ program, but only if you streach the point.

If you want a real C++ version that uses OOP principles then you will have to write it yourself. :(
