[JDEV] jabberd 1.4 dumping core on receipt of SIGTERM

This is on FreeBSD 4.2, though someone on OpenBSD has reproduced
the problem as well. The source is from the 'final' tarballs and
only has the reparenting PID/stdout patch applied.

This is the 2nd time through the while loop in shutdown_callbacks().
And it has already been trough the msn-t shutdown func and now doing
the icq-t shutdown when it is failing.
