[JDEV] MSN transport - retrieving the contat list

None of the transports automatically retreive your contact list with the other
service (be it MSN, ICQ, AIM, or Yahoo), so for now you have to automatically
add them. Basically someone would need to write some scripts for converting
non-Jabber contact lists into Jabber contact lists, but AFAIK (other than some
early efforts by tcharron), those scripts do not exist yet.
