[JDEV] Sending administrative messages and administrative accounts

Hi there,

I have a few questions relating to the administrative accounts that one can
configure in the configuration file of the server.
Can anyone explain to me what the meaning of the <read> and <write> tags is
?

Also, when I send an administrative address, it's always replied with a "Bad
Request" error message.
The message is passed on to the configured administrative accounts though.
Is this a bug or have I missed something in my configuration file ?
