[JDEV] Invisible mode

Good point Ben. Server side support for invisible mode would
be wonderful. The best clients can do right now is hack it
in.
If the server did support invisible mode, it should probably
make the user only invisible to other users. I would expect
that clients would still like to appear online to agents, like
headline agents, so that they could still receive data from
those agents.
