[JDEV] address resolution question

Consider a jabber network with multiple servers servicing a single
domain through the use DNS SRV. If Client A has a session on 
server A and client B has a session on server B, how is communication
established between the 2 clients? Does the sending server bounce the message
off of each server that comes back from the DNS query? Or is there
some other mechanism? Does each server in the network have to be
aware of all others by way of the <service id="dnsrv"><resend> tags in
the jabber config?
