[JDEV] Can Jabber work in a clustered server environment?

How do you get more servers into the picture. Won't all users and their
buddies be @myJabber.com? To get multiple servers you need to have a user on
host1 one day and host2 the next. Buddy lists will need to be dynamically
updated to reflect the different hosts a buddy may be on.

Put the jabber server on the machine that hosts myjabber.com and have all
the clients log in there?

Is it possible to have jabber work in a multi-server cluster? I'd like to
have 2 or more jabber servers that are seen by users as just "myJabber.com".
In reality, user1 may temporarily be user1 at host1.myJabber.com
<mailto:user1 at host1.myJabber.com> and user2 may be user2 at host2.myJabber.com
<mailto:user2 at host2.myJabber.com> . The next time they're on, they could
both be on host3...
