[JDEV] resource_in_use

This is a server cacheing issue thing. It has to do w/ the actual "crash"
sequence. This is not a JabberCOM problem (at least as far as I know). I have
duplicated (and am aware) of the issue. Stay tuned for a JabberCOM update for
all the agent registration issues (and improved XML support).

I'll let you all know when I have something ready. (This will hopefully support
most of the new 0.9 stuff).
