[JDEV] Jabber on a CD

I like the idea of keeping the price reasonable.  It really depends on
the volume of CD's involved.  My suggestion that Todd shoot for
25-30 dollars ( including T) assumes that this is a limited run,
and something he'd be administering himself.  CD rates have likely
dropped since the last time I'd looked, but a unit price of $.50
probably assumes several thousand CD's (?).  If he'd be duping these himself
there should be an accommodation for his time and the use of his equipment.
