Should be $9.95 for the CD (the going rate for this kind of thing, re: Java,
StarOffice, etc.).  T-shirt should be seperate for $19.95 if it's good
quality.

CDR's are about $0.50 now, plus label or printing.  A CD alone could be put
into a cardboard mailer and just stamped.  T-shirt+cd could go into a priority
mail envelope possibly.
