[JDEV] XML books and Using transports

To get started with transports you need to understand agents. There is some
basic documentation about them available on http://docs.jabber.org. I will
have better documentation on them after this weekend (lot's of docs by Wed).
Once you understand agents it's just simple presence and normal features =)
jump into #jabber on openprojects network for more help.
