[JDEV] charsets (was: Protocol extension?)

  Err, I think I missed a point or two here..  Language = profile, but charset = protocol/client/etc.  Let's not get confused here..  Once you can support the charset, the 'puters could care less what language your speaking..

  And as far as a jabber registry, there has already been a discusion several months ago regarding it, if you want to look at prior ideas..  IMHO, it should wait for a bit, though..
