[JDEV] library start up error or operator error???

I downloaded jabber-transport-0.8.1 late Friday and compiled for
Solaris, as we have done before.  compiling went fine, check went fine,
install went fine, but when I tried to start up the jabber daemon I got
library symbol not found error.  So this morning, I recompiled and
re-installed, double checked the xml start up files to ensure I had a
legitimate start up script and I still get:

Any thoughts about where to start looking for problems????
