Dave,

Your mis-understanding what has gone on.

I was replying "loudly" to Eliot Landrum complaint to me that I should not
be asking about the Jabber.dll unless I participate.

People should feel free to ask a question without getting kicked in the butt
for it.

My participation is as a tester.  And as such I was simply asking about when
it would be available and commented that I had not received any response
after asking about it for quite a while on the Win32 list and this list.
