[JDEV] Win32 Clients

With all due respect, Mr. Thompson...

I'm *actively* working on the Win32 DLL. I've been at it a whole 5 days now
and we are just getting to the point where it is something close to usable.
I appreciate the fact that you are eager to test it, but complaining LOUDLY
will do nothing to increase the speed at which my fingers type (or anyone
else's for that matter). Personally, I would appreciate a little more
courteousness on your part when you are inquiring on the status of the DLL.
