[JDEV] Win32 Clients

I really appreciate all the work that people like Dave Smith, Jer, temas,
pgmillard and TSBandit are doing. All I tell my friends about is how not too
far in the future we won't be forced to use that silly ICQ client to talk to all
of our friends online. I try to help in whatever ways I can with the jabber
project, and wish I could do more.

My sincere thanks and gratitude to the people who are bringing it to us.
