[JDEV] Win32 Clients

	This is no dll as of yet.  libjabber++ is in the process of being
developed, thanks to Dave, which will further the process of creating a dll.
The dll is in now way neccessary to make a win32 client, however, in fact, I
managed to write a working client in about 3 days from scratch, (including
my own XML Parser, and all. ).. to be honest, jabber isn't difficult to
program, that's why I love it soo much! :)

	Your absolutly right here, (of course I have seen a ton of posts in Jdev
that belonged in Win32...  join us in #jabber on irc.linux.com, that's where
all the Action is.. :)
