[JDEV] Win32 Clients

I'm not looking for binaries of other people's Jabber Win Clients.

I'm looking for the JABBER.DLL for Win32 so I can make my own Win Client.

What's the deal here?  Can someone just please respond about the Status of
the JABBER.DLL for Win32?

As for the Win32 List -- totally INACTIVE.  Nothing is ever there.
