Folks,

At the XMPP Summit, there was general enthusiasm toward the XSF
applying for Google Summer of Code 2017.

Kev has agreed - once again - to be the org admin.

Please do reply to this if you're able to produce an initial set of
project ideas by MONDAY 1300Z. At this point Kev will make a final
decision on whether to apply. Ideas will still be accepted later, this
is just so Kev can make an informed choice.
