Jabber IM Design with Actiance globally. 
Persistent Chat rooms Design 
Multiple Device IM Messaging Design and Restrictions 
Familiar with Advance Groups Chats and Persistent Chat Settings.
Job Description:
Financial organization in Jersey City is looking to migrate from MS Lync to Cisco Jabber for IM. They already have Jabber deployed, but without IM enabled. 

If you have experience with a large environment (preferably Financial) experience and knows the advance settings of Cisco Jabber IM would be great.
