[jdev] Github events to MUC

Hi all,

I've implemented and made a pull request for github to support a 'post to
MUC' service when an event takes place on a repository.

If you support this effort it would be great to get some +1's, etc on the
pull request as when I made the buddycloud service hook it took a long
while to get that merged in.

Once it gets accepted I plan to build a direct chat message service which
will also support carbons.
