I'm not sure if it's warranted by the RFC, actually. The server in
question is Openfire 3.8.2. I haven't yet dedicated more time to
investigate why I get a 403.
However, the server does send presence stanzas for my other connected
resources when a change occurs. It just doesn't comply with my probe
request.
