[jdev] Connection refused to chat.facebook.com

Hello Everyone

I am intermittently getting  connection refused error while connecting from
my box.

[pradeep.c at localhost]$ telnet chat.facebook.com 5222
Trying 69.171.227.26...
telnet: connect to address 69.171.227.26: Connection refused

[pradeep.c at localhost]$ telnet chat.facebook.com 5222
Trying 69.171.227.26...
Connected to chat.facebook.com.

^]q

telnet> q
Connection closed.

Can someone please explain me whether I am doing something wrong or is
there some issue going on.
