I don't know the Gajim source, but adding RAW-UDP support to a client
that already has ICE-UDP support doesn't sound like a big enough
project to justify ~=twelve weeks of full-time work, so it seems to me
that bundling this inside another project would be a stronger
proposal. Hopefully the Gajim guys can weigh in too.
