Maybe. Right now, xmpp.org is just about the protocols. I'm not really
quite sure what the purpose of jabber.org is. :) But it seems to have
something to do with a somewhat user-friendly website for end users,
containing lists of software and some very basic howtos, plus some
information about the jabber.org IM service. How useful is that?

There is no trademark registration for XMPP.
