Coccinella doesn't have the capability of obtaining geolocation from any GPS/location system and relies on the user typing their latitude/longitude into the UI so they don't have the concept of accuracy.
 
imov uses GPS or celltower/wifi positioning data so it does have accuracy information, but it is expressed in meters not arc minutes. Right now the error element isn't being used at all though.
 
I think it is safe to eliminate it!
