[jdev] Jabber Network Monitor

I've been away from Jabber for a long time, but I recently came back
and noticed there still wasn't much done in terms of a Jabber network
monitor. There was some discussion in September of last year

which resulted the a monitor at http://jabbermonitor.ayena.de/

I'm currently working on my own version of a Jabber network monitor
which I want to offer server to server response times which the
version above does not have. Right now the service will use the list
of servers at xmpp.net. I'm looking for some feedback in general,
maybe any additional ideas or features people would like to see.
