[jdev] Enquiry Jabber developer needed NY

Hi

I just started using Jabber (client is Pandion) and by coincidence a contact of mine in a bank in New York said he may want to hire a Jabber consultant with Telco experience. I am no technical expert but the previous time we spoke (9 months ago) he was talking about driving his whole user front-end/desktop around IM and integrating strongly with Microsoft. Wanted to integrate video etc - everything.

Please can you advise me of the most appropriate way to ask if I may please submit a question or request for resumes. We currently provide Linux/Unix developers to another bank and this is a new potential customer for us - and at this stage I don't know too much.
