[jdev] Subscription removal handling after sending directed presence

Hi,

>From section 8.6 of RFC 3921 (the shortcut technique for removing from
roster and cancelling subscriptions), the user's server is supposed to
send unavailable presence to the contact.  Should this be done if the
user has previously sent directed unavailable presence to the contact?

Also, if the user has sent directed unavailable presence to one of the
contact's resources (full jid), then the user's server cannot handle
the issue of not sending unavailable presence at this time.

Any ideas?
