[jdev] Subscription removal during global comm. block

Hi,

Scenario -

- User A and User B are subscribed to each other with sub type "BOTH".
- B applies a Privacy List that blocks all inbound communication
- A "removes" B (roster delete + unsub) from roster
- B's server does not process unsub since inbound stanza handling
rules mandate that server has to consider privacy list first.  Since
privacy list is blocking all communication, server wont look at the
stanza.

Is the above scenario correct?  If so, this would lead to an
inconsistency.  How can this be taken care of?
