[jdev] Unicode Patch for JIT (Jabber ICQ Gateway)

The xmpp.py yahoo transport wants some small unicode fixes (basically,
unicode messages are dropped at-the-moment due to an encoding error). 
If you want to see if you can get that working, I'd be happy to
committ the changes into the main CVS repo.
