[jdev] Unicode Patch for JIT (Jabber ICQ Gateway)

Hi,

I am glad to release a unicode patch to the popular JIT (Jabber ICQ  
Gateway).

Previously, the JIT does not support sending/receiving Unicode  
messages. We have modified JIT to support unicode with online ICQ  
users. You could get the full source-codes at http://www.chatopus.com/ 
dev.

Contributions are mostly welcomed. Please submit your contributions  
or fixes and we will incorporate them in future releases.
