Thanks for the script. I made a small change to make it work as keyword
search in Firefox:

javascript:ns="%s";n=(isNaN(ns)?0:ns-0);void(location="http://www.jabber.org/jeps/"+(n?"jep-"+(n+10000+"").substring(1)+".html":"alljeps.shtml"))

Add it to your bookmarks (but not as a button) and supply a keyword (for
example: 'jep'). Then, if you type 'jep 123' in address bar, JEP-0123
will open. If you write just 'jep', it will redirect you to the list of
jeps.
