[jdev] Registered User Listing Automatically Displayed in Client

I'm looking to create a listing of all jabber users on the company
intranet so that all registered users show up for all other registered
users whether they are online or not.  Would I have to edit each .xml
account in my spool directory to include each user for every other user
or is there an easier solution than this?  I thought the JUD would
provide this service but I do not believe it does what I thought it
would do.

Really, I don't want to have any of my intranet users register at all.
I want the registration process to 'take place' prior to them ever
having logged in before when I roll out the new server and I want each
user to be connected with every other user.  Windows Messenger provides
this service through Exchange.  I'm trying to replicate that using
Jabber.

Any help would be most appreciated.  If it is labor intensive, if anyone
needs a job, I'm hiring!
