The PubSub component on Jabber.org resports the incorrect Disco
Identity:

When I query it, I get: 
	<identity category='pubsub' 
			name='Generic Pubsub Service' 
			type='generic'/>

When, according to Section 14.2 of JEP 60, I should get:
	<identity category='pubsub' 
			name='Generic Pubsub Service' 
			type='service'/>

Is there a bug database somewhere I should be reporting this in, or is
this list the appropiate spot?
