Thanks to all who responded.
The reason why I am asking is I am looking for universal rich client to go
with jabber on the web. Flash and FLEX work fine and next will be java
applets and java apps. But has anyone tested out any of the new client
technologies and would also like to report their finds thus far?
Jwchat was a very good javascript example, however it seems hard to
implement.

And therefore uses POST requests to transmit data now.
