[jdev] Administrator's contact list script

Hi there, 

I know this is more of an administration question but no one answered it on
jadmin. I was wondering if there is a way to 
a) add all the online users to an administrator's contact list, (Server side or
client side)
b) Run a script on the server which would look for alias changes and do an
action accordingly. Example if a user has the words [help] as part of their
alias then a certain "help" user would be added to their contact list and the
user requesting the help the "help user's" list. After the name is changed or
logged off the contacts would be removed from the respective lists.

Any comments or advice for either a. Or any insights on how to do b, would be
greatly appreaciated. I am pretty good with perl for a language of choice.
